1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Eagle Locksmith Service ("Company," "we," "us") services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Eagle Locksmith Service provides residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Services include but are not limited to: lockouts, lock installation, rekeying, key cutting, transponder programming, and security consultations.

3. Service Area

We serve the greater DC Metro area including Maryland (Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Howard County), Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax County), and Washington DC. Service availability may vary by location.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted before service begins. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual work required. Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and major debit cards. A service call fee applies for dispatched but declined services.

5. Identification Requirements

For security purposes, you must provide valid government-issued photo ID proving ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle being serviced. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification cannot be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eagle Locksmith Service is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 30 days. Hardware and parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, attempted break-ins, or acts of nature.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a service call at no charge before a technician is dispatched. If a technician has been dispatched and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel costs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.
